Let's have an honest conversation.

The discovery call is where we find out if working together makes sense. That’s it. No pitch, no pressure, no commitment.

Just an hour to talk about where you are and where you’re trying to go.

What happens on the call

We’ll spend about an hour together — by video or phone, whichever feels right to you.

I’ll ask about your recovery, your inner life, and what’s been missing. You’ll have space to ask me anything you want about how I work, what we’d focus on, and whether this kind of coaching is the right fit for where you are.

At the end, I’ll be honest with you. If I think we’re a good match, I’ll say so. If I think something else would serve you better, I’ll say that too.

I’m not looking to fill a roster. I’m looking for the right people.

A few things worth knowing before you book

This is not a commitment. Booking a call doesn’t obligate you to anything. It’s a conversation, nothing more.

There’s no sales pressure. I’m not going to talk you into anything. If it’s right, we’ll both know.

You can ask me anything. My background, my story, how I work, what this costs — nothing is off the table.

Scholarship options are available. If finances are a barrier, reach out before you book and let’s talk. This work should be accessible to anyone who’s genuinely ready for it.

Ready when you are.
